I’m Gyluss Hutchens, an IT professional, audio engineer, and lifelong tinkerer based in Leavenworth, Kansas. For nearly a decade I’ve been immersed in technology—building, configuring, and troubleshooting computers for schools, local governments, and private organizations. I’ve worked in help-desk and field-support roles where every day brings something new: imaging devices, resolving network and software issues, documenting fixes, and helping people feel confident with the tools they rely on. I take pride in clear communication, thorough documentation, and an honest, practical approach to problem-solving.
My work sits at the intersection of technology and creativity. Outside the office, I’m a music producer and DJ who enjoys crafting everything from liquid drum & bass to experimental trap and house. Years of mixing and mastering have taught me to listen closely—to sound, to detail, and to people—which carries over naturally into my IT work. Whether I’m dialing in a clean mix or troubleshooting a stubborn workstation, I approach it the same way: patient, methodical, and focused on clarity.
I’m also passionate about radio systems and digital communication, where I combine my technical background with hands-on curiosity. I enjoy configuring handheld and mobile radios, organizing frequency plans, and building CSV programming files that make communication simple and dependable. It’s another way for me to blend structure with creativity—turning raw data into something that truly connects people.
At the core of everything I do is a belief that technology should feel empowering, not intimidating. I like taking complex systems and making them approachable, whether that means explaining a fix in plain language, optimizing a workflow, or producing a sound that resonates. For me, progress happens where curiosity meets purpose—and I bring that mindset to every project I take on.
